Farm Fresh Meat and Eggs

Pork - is available two to three times per year as half or whole hogs.  

Fresh Chicken - Cornish Cross birds will be available for pick up July 21 as fresh whole birds.  Fill out the pre-order form.  May 2026, a few frozen whole Cornish X are still available, email for quantities and price.

Beef - heritage Dexter cattle are raised for their meat.  Good on less than ideal pasture, they are a small dual-purpose breed from Ireland, originally.

Eggs - are available to regular weekly or bi-weekly customers.  We offer a wonderful mix of colors and sizes of eggs.  Mostly large, but some medium to extra large.  Duck eggs also available.

Rent-a-Hen - have the freshest eggs possible by renting a chicken tractor and 2 to 4 laying hens!
