Liability Release Waiver -  paper copy and must be signed by both parents for all participants under 18.

General Farm Programs

General Liability Release Waiver - paper copy and must be signed by both parents for all participants under 18.

Refunds are generally only given in the case of illness, family emergency, or inability of Avalon to reschedule activity or event.  Refunds are not given for participant changing their mind.  A credit (transferrable) may be offered in some situations.
